Rahle joined Strategic National Property Tax Advisors (SNPTA) 6 years ago, has 12 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, and came to us with an impressive skill set. As the primary point of contact, she is in direct communication with our clients. Extremely knowledgeable about the industry and tech-savvy, Rahle is the team leader for maintaining our tax management system. She is adept at a myriad of skills, and responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations within the organization.
Experience
Rahle came to SNPTA from Younan Properties, one of the largest institutional commercial real estate firms in the country, where she was the Assistant Asset Manager. She was involved with the management of 8.5 million square feet of Class A office space for the Dallas and Houston portfolio. Rahle also handled Younan’s property tax administration throughout the United States.
